Sit up and look straight in front of you. Try to gaze at the point between your eyebrows, and then focus on what you see for a couple of seconds. Look straight back again, and then move your eyeballs to gaze at the point between your eyebrows again. Do it 5 times and then repeat the cycle 3 times.
