Exercise 6: Near and Far focus

Pick a pencil and start focusing your eyes on it, just stare at any object that is near you. Make sure it is 30 cm away from your eyes, and then look at something else that is far from you. Focus on that for a small amount of time while trying to see the details. Immediately, look at the pencil (or the object) again. Do this 5 times and repeat each cycle 3 times.
