According to the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society, sleeping more than 10 hours or less than 5 hours per night is linked to a higher risk of dementia and premature death.
People who suffer from insomnia, snore a lot, or don’t feel rested after a good night’s sleep should seek professional help to boost their sleep quality.
Also, if you choose to go to bed late for the sake of working, “netflixing,” working out, etc, you need to rethink your priorities to protect your brain health.
