Walnut oil is found to contain good and balanced amounts of omega-6 and omeg3 fatty acids, which in return work on keeping the inflammation in check! However, it is good to know that this cannot be used for cooking as it has a very low smoke point.
Instead, you can use it differently, for instance, drizzle some drops over pancakes, fresh fruits, or even ice cream. It will taste really great!
