Oranges and all the other fruits rich in vitamin C were listed by the Cleveland Clinic as power foods that can greatly and positively affect the body’s health, heal wounds, and even prevent infections!
Another study also revealed that vitamin C intake, and more particularly 400 mg can do magic, especially after a physical exercise. This small intake can actually improve the muscle function and reduce soreness.
What’s even more interesting is that a medium orange can contain about 70 milligrams of vitamin C while bigger-sized one can pack up to 100 milligrams.
