10. Foods too greasy:
It is well known that when one makes a very rich meal, one takes more time to digest it. Now, the more fermenting a food in our stomach, the more bacteria in our digestive tract will have time to enjoy it, which will inevitably cause bloating and gas.
Moral: if this afternoon we have a super-important interview in a small room just with our boss, it is better to avoid the hamburger-fries at the lunch break!
