In a study, 14 people whose weekly drinking habit consists of 8 to 64 12-ounce bottles of beer cut off alcohol for a short period of time. 10 of the participants took a five-week break from the booze, while the rest of them did not.
After blood tests, it was revealed that the nondrinkers’ liver fat (a sign of liver damage) decreased by 15-20% percent, while their blood glucose levels (the main factor in diabetes) dropped by about 16%! The upcoming change is incredible, check it out on the next page.
