This exercise is easy and will positively affect your hip-bending muscles and torso. Also, most of your back muscles, waist, and buttocks are going to become stronger. Make sure to stand on your legs and arms, stretch your right leg and left arm in one, straight line.
Slowly, bend them together till your left elbow and your right knee meet. Straighten up, and then do the same with the other arm and leg.
