#8 – Dark Chocolate
Chocolate doesn’t stop being marvelous. In fact, when chocolate is in its raw and untoasted state, it is significantly rich in nutrients, including headache-relieving magnesium. Chocolate also contains high levels of phytonutrients, phosphorous, zinc, protein, fiber, and more.
Moreover, raw chocolate naturally consists of opiates which give you a very pleasant feeling instead of pain. Chocolate actually does make you happy! Just make sure to drink enough water while devouring some brain-healthy raw chocolate and remember that the sugary chocolate bars from the supermarket don’t count!
