Industrial salt is unfit for human consumption, but industrial salt has been sold as table salt for 13 years! Industrial salt can cause mental and physical problems, problems with hypothyroidism and reproductive disorders.

There are much better salts on the market than basic table salt. For daily consumption, sea salt or Himalayan salt is best suited.
