Unfortunately, processed foods make the top of the list of everyone’s guilty pleasure foods, but the fact that they are high in salt and stripped of nutrients makes them a bad food to eat in general.
When going to the supermarket, try to avoid the area where they sell potato chips or those fried appetizers you enjoy so much. Instead, shop for oats, whole grain bread or other foods that are high in fiber – your organism, your future self and your intestines will thank you.
