Many people take cereals for breakfast and the majority of them suffer from skin problems. It is always important to check the ingredients and not just be fooled by the word ‘’natural’’ written on the package!
In fact, most of the cereals contain GMO ingredients, which can cause you several skin problems including acne, allergies, and itchiness. The best thing you can do to stay healthy and sound is by giving up the cereals and opt for a healthier food item.
If this seems quite impossible, then, at least choose a cereal with less than 5 grams of sugar. Also, respect the daily portion and don’t overconsume!
