The best time to read a book is before bedtime because it helps getting rid of the stress you have been dealing with daily and also to ease in into a good sleep. But there are a few rules you must follow to avoid any damages to your spinal cord, eyes, and neck skin:

– Try to not curve your back.

– Don’t put your book close to your face and eyes.

– Try your best not to strain your neck.

– Never lay on your back when reading the book to avoid any damage to your spinal cord.

– Never lay on your side because the book’s distance will always change, which will make your eyes work more.

– If you avoided all these positions, you will also be helping your neck not getting any horizontal wrinkles.
