Since we can’t always carry our toothbrush and toothpaste around to every restaurant, we tend to use toothpicks to get rid of the food stuck between our teeth. But do you know that all dentists hate it?

These small items might help your smile be a little brighter, but it is making your gums in serious danger because it is poking it and making it bleed constantly.

Speaking of oral health, there is one other habit that we may have adopted while we were dealing with a few stressful situations, especially when we were kids, and it is chewing on solid objects like pencils, pens, and paperclips.

All of these items can cause some big enamel problems. No one can deny their past when they used to do that, and unfortunately, there are still many people who still do.
