The main goal of creating GM foods is to prevent world hunger and help people in Africa who suffer dramatically from this issue. However, many African countries disobey to eat food that was human-made and that is environmentally unfriendly.

In 1998, there were 24 delegates from 18 countries highly objecting to using the image of their poor countries to be used by huge corporations that are causing harm to the environment, and are economically unbeneficial, adding that GM food won’t solve the issue of hunger in the 21st century, it will only impact the diversity and the workers’ knowledge of farming causing more hunger issues in the future.
