Sugar, oh, honey. It’s one of the greatest and most common addictions of our century — and we don’t even look at it that way. Limiting your sugar intake is a critical step to fight it. We know how difficult it is, nonetheless. Sugar is, let’s face it, sweet.
And sweet is good — so good. The fact is that sugar is not for everyone, and a lot of people suffer when they indulge in it. You can even have sugar intolerance symptoms and not be aware of it.
Now that doesn’t mean that everyone has a problem with sugar. Some can have sugar all day, and they can still maintain their lean figure. Plus, nothing happens with their body — not even with their self-esteem. In scientific terms, they are called the lucky ones (joking).
However, some of us feel the bloating after a dose of sugar, and they may even experience signs of sugar intolerance. But can you be allergic to sugar? Yes, unfortunately, you can.
