It is believed that yoga is pretty helpful in treating anxiety, but before starting your natural yoga therapy, you need to get few things. Beyond Yoga is a brand which provides some good yoga trousers and apparels. Once you get the necessary stuff, you can start exercising.

Begin with a simple pose called the camel pose. The first step is putting your hands on your hips and kneeling on your yoga mat. The second step consists of ensuring that your shoulders and knees are well aligned.

Remember that when your body is not aligned, the stress is exercised on your hips, knees and ankles. While your knees and shoulders are aligned, your feet should be facing the ceiling.

The third step is about taking enough oxygen into your lungs, then pushing your tailbone and hips. The last step is straightening your arms and sliding your palm over the feet. Try to stay put in the same pose for 30 to 60 seconds.

Here is another pose which is known as the Bridge pose. It consists of lying on your back and bending your knees. This pose is a backbend which would strengthen your backside. Once you bend your knees, make sure you put your feet on the ground hip-width apart.

Align your knees and ankles, then lift your back part off the ground or mat. Try to raise your torso and interlace your hands. Stay put in such a pose for 60seconds.
