You forget to drink, or sometimes, you’re thirsty but don’t realize it until some alarming signs start showing up in many different ways.
Very few things can be more refreshing than a tall cold glass of water. I bet you can’t deny that a simple glass of H2O can sometimes be much more satisfying than drinking coffee or some kind of tasty juice.
Yet, so many people don’t drink enough daily water for different reasons or for no reason at all. But by depriving yourself of this fluid of life, you’re constantly damaging your body.
