You should pay close attention to the color of your urine whenever you use the bathroom to monitor your health. This will allow you to detect unusual changes early enough and prevent complications.

Urine normally has an almost clear and very pale color, not a dark yellow one. Abnormal urine colors certainly indicate that something isn’t right with your health and it’s the easiest way to keep an eye on your water intake.

Generally, if you’re not getting enough water every day, you’re more likely to notice a darker color after you urinate.
