Chocolate becomes our number one enemy when we try to lose weight, and it is the most heartbreaking one. Dark chocolate, however, has powerful antioxidants and fat-burning agents, which leave you satisfied and away from other unhealthy snacks. Plus -and most importantly- it is delicious!
Keep in mind to not consume the one that is high in sugar, always pick the dark chocolate with the highest cocoa content.
