The virgin olive oil contains omega-3 and -6 that can help the body and brain to be healthier, but that doesn’t mean we have to use it all the time and with everything. Let’s say for example you are cooking something at 320°F and you added olive oil.
Once it reaches that temperature, the oil will start to burn and destroy all the beneficial nutrients, destroying all the inflammatory and harmful radicals. So while cooking in high temperatures, use any oil that has a higher smoke point, like avocado oil 50°F and grapeseed oil 420°F.
