I mean I know how good some potatoes can be with a roast dinner, filled with olive oil and a pinch of salt but they aren’t as beneficial as one would think.

While they can have some great benefits for our health, they also have a really high level of pesticides, which in turn can cause some serious problems for our liver and nervous systems.

In fact, potatoes are one of the vegetables with the highest level of pesticides which is quite scary and made me stay at least 7 miles away from these veggies.
