You will need:

– 2 apples.
– A bowl of kale.
– Two branches of celery.
– Juice of half a lemon.
– A quarter of cucumber.

In your juicer, grind your apples and kale leaves. I don’t take away the apple seeds; they all start with my green juice.

Apple pips have great therapeutic properties against cancers. For the cucumber, I first empty them of their grains. I have a fairly sensitive stomach.
