Most of us go to bed without the desire of sleeping, expecting that it will come naturally by itself. In most cases, it will not!
The best solution to fall asleep quickly is to grab a book and read, but not an e-book, though, because it will just make things worse. No matter how interesting the book is, it will still always help you relax, tire your eyes, and make you fall asleep faster.
