Forget about the idea that you can catch up on sleep during the weekends or in advance, it is just impossible! You have to give your body a certain amount of time during the night in order for it to rest well, rejuvenate all of your mental/physical health, and maintain a good overall health.
The solution here is to go to bed at the same time every night, including the weekends. It is preferable to go to bed between 10 PM and 1 AM.
