Our brains need to reboot and rest from all the stress, thoughts, and everything we go through during our day. But the biggest mistake we make is keeping on reminding ourselves of the most embarrassing scenarios, bad memories, and stressful things over, and over again when we are in bed.
The best solution is to distract your mind from any concern and focus your thoughts on something positive. If that wasn’t a possibility then try to name countries or count sheep.
