Any source of lighting during your sleep is one of the major reasons why most people have sleep issues. However, there are some people who can’t fall asleep unless there is some sort of lighting in their room, but they are also the same people who don’t always enjoy a long restful night.
The solution is easy, it is whether you wear a sleeping mask, or get rid of all sources of light. After all, the darker it gets, the better your dreams.
