Yes, that’s right! Sleep can help you lose weight tremendously because it manages to get rid of all the stress we had all day. Actually, a lack of stress management means thicker thighs and bigger waistlines. Also, sleep will prevent you from snacking all night and eating all the sugary foods that usually increase the amount of fat in our body.

Most people need 8 hours of sleep per day which should be a number one priority in case you really need to lose weight. Researchers from The University of Michigan found that people who sleep well lost 56% of fat compared to those who are sleep deprived, who also lost more muscle mass instead.
