Controlling your eating habit will help you realize when you are actually full and when you are supposed to eat. So, when you start to eat, try to chew slowly, avoid watching TV or surfing the internet, and don’t eat while working. This way you will be present at the moment of eating so you can manage the amount of food entering your body.

Also, choosing the right plate plays a big role in how much you consume. Always pick a smaller plate because it will make your served food look bigger, or you can put the healthiest food on the bigger plates and less healthy food on the smaller plates.
