Researchers found that laughing only for 15 minutes per day can burn up to 40 calories. Grab a calculator and do the math, and laugh while you do it.

On the other hand, scary movies can be very beneficial to weight loss, too. The more you “jump” from the frightening scenes, the more calories you burn. Studies show how much energy people expend while watching a scary movie. Here is a small list of movies and how many calories they can burn:
