Also known as Scissor Kicks, the flutter kicks can work your lower and mid abs, your quads, and your glutes. Basically, they will tighten up your major core muscles, make your abs work out good, and burn the fat, too.

You can start with 3 sets of 25 reps and keep on adding till you reach 50 kicks per set. Or, set a timer and keep doing the kicks continuously. Start by 30 seconds up to one minute.

Lastly, you can do the decline oblique crunch, as known as the reverse oblique crunch. This exercise focuses on your oblique muscles that are mostly to be overlooked when working the abs.
