Besides treating constipation, you need to keep your body hydrated for MANY reasons, and the most important one is to not die!
Anyway, when you don’t drink enough water the stool might get dry and cause constipation. Having enough liquids in your system will keep you properly hydrated and allow the stool to pass easily.
The best way to fight constipation is by drinking fruit juices, especially apple and pear juices because they are natural laxatives.
Also, try not to consume any caffeinated beverages or sodas because they are diuretics and will drain more fluids from your body!
