Cayenne pepper is mainly known in the kitchen, but it also has an analgesic action on migraines and in the case of shingles thanks to the capsain it contains. Obviously, if you are frequently subject to headaches, you can add in your dishes. But in a crisis, here’s what to do:

The homemade recipe: dilute a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper in a glass of lukewarm water. Mix well so that the pepper doesn’t remain at the bottom of the glass and dip cotton swabs in this solution making sure they are covered with pepper and place them in the nostrils until you feel the heat.
