The plank is one of the best core exercises that’s also safe for the baby because it doesn’t put direct pressure on your abs.
– Place your hands and knees on the ground and lower your body onto elbows-level, then, place your forearms on the ground.
– Form a straight line with your body by straightening your legs.
– If you’re experiencing discomfort, bend your knees a little bit or just place them on the ground.
– Hold the position for as long as possible without going out o you comfort zone.
