To tone your pelvic floor muscles, thighs, hips, and core, as well as relieve back pain:
– Lay on your side on a solid, flat surface with bent knees and stacked hips and legs.
– Use your lower arm to support your head.
– Maintain a straight back and make your toes touch.
– While keeping your knee bent and toes touching, raise your upper leg while spreading your knees as far apart as you can.
– Stay still for a few seconds before putting your leg back down.
– Repeat for the other side.
