– Stand in a straight position with your feet double shoulder-width apart.

– Now, raise your both hands to the chest. Remember! Your palms need to be facing your chest.

– Now, try to fully extend one arm.

– Bring back your hands to your chest and go back to the initial position.

– Repeat the exercise 6 times with each side. Enjoy!
