However, it is important to know that breathing as a popular exercise of Qigong is completely different from the systematic breathing exercise you are used to!

This means that breathing in this context requires you to respect a particular technique in order to reach your goals. Here is what you should be doing :

– Slowly inhale some fresh air into your nose and try to hold on the air for 1 to 2 seconds.

– While you are doing the first step, try to add another small inhale so that you fill your lungs to the fullest capacity.

– Again try to hold for another 1 to 2 seconds and then slowly exhale through your mouth. Try to keep it long!

By doing this exercise correctly, you will be providing your body with the balance it needs and significantly slowing down the aging process.
