The good thing about this exercise is that not only it strengthens the muscles of your back but also strengthens your internal organs, the kidneys. In other words, it stimulates and improves their function. So, to perform this exercise correctly, you should :
– Stand in a straight position by putting your feet together or very simply stand with shoulder-width apart and toes pointed forward.
– In a very slow motion, try to bend forward and down. Make sure you don’t bend your knees.
– Now try to look up and try to reach the floor. You will only feel your waist muscles stretching if you do it properly!
– Try to remain in this position for 10 seconds and then again go back to your first position and repeat!
– For better results, the exercise should be repeated 6 times.
