To start, lie on the floor with solid roller under your neck. Without lifting up your knees from the floor, try to bend them, then out the soles together (repeat 10 times).

- Perpendicular to your body, put your palms together and then press your fingertips.

- Repeat the same thing but this time press you together while lifting your hands and putting them on your solar plexus.

- While your arms are still joined together, place your palms on your solar plexus again then move them towards the legs.

- Starting from your breasts, move your hands back and forth to the groin. Do it 10 times. Raise your hands that are joined then move to the legs and place them behind your hand.

- Put your hands back on your solar plexus then raise your palms as you start to move your legs backward and forward.

- Try to synchronize your leg and hand movements. It it’s painful then decrease the number of reps.

- Go back to the starting position, rest for 10 minutes with your eyes closed.
