– Pick a hard surface and lie straight on it.
– Stretch up your hands.
– Place your soles to the floor perpendicular.
– Stretch your right hang up and your right sole forward without removing them from the floor. (Repeat with the other and do it for 2 minutes).
– Cross your hands under your neck and join your legs together while spreading your feet to the sides. Now start moving your feet to both sides until your body vibrates. (Repeat for 2 minutes).
