Check out these simple movements you can fit into your usual routine:

– Marching on the toilet: With both feet planted hip-distance apart, hold your left arm out in front of your chest and bend it 90 degrees at the elbow; put your right arm on top of the left. Keep your arms motionless while you exhale, drawing your belly button into the spine.

Then, lift your right knee up with your foot coming only a few inches off the floor. Repeat for at least 10 times and switch to the other side.

– Wall Push-Ups in the shower: Place your hands on the wall and take a small step back while keeping your feet together. Do at least 10 push-ups.

– Windshield Wipers in bed: With your arms up, pull your knees toward your chest and twist your legs, keeping your knees together and your tailbone on the bed. Repeat 8 times.
