Instead of staring at the ceiling before getting up, you can do some simple workouts. What’s great about exercising in bed is that the mattress eliminates any strain you may normally feel while exercising on the floor. Try the following exercises:

– Pillow prop workout (repeat five times)
– Diamond reverse crunches (Repeat five times)
– Jackknife (Repeat five times)
– Planking: Hold for 20 seconds and rest for 30 seconds. Do 3 reps.
– Arabesque leg lifts (30 seconds for each side and repeat)
