Giving up the yummy cookies, donuts, and cheesy burgers is not an easy decision to make. It requires strong determination and patience. However, when you feel like you are too weak to resist those tasty yet unhealthy donuts, we suggest that you stick to the famous rule of 2 bites!
This rule says that you have to be smart and deceive your brain! And you can successfully do that by taking the first bite of the donut, for example, and then drink a whole glass of water, and then again take the second bite.
