Execution: To help you perform this exercise easily, we advise you to sit down on the floor first and only after that you can slowly stretch your legs. But keep in mind that you should keep your legs on the floor and avoid bending your knees.
Once, your legs are widely stretched, you can try to bend your body forward by slowly sliding your arms over your shins, and then pulling your upper body right after!
