Making a commitment to the gym and working out daily is a pretty awesome thing. We salute you for it, and we are so proud of you. But, do you ever feel like you have to push your body harder for an extra hour of lifting an extra weight?
The chances of risking yourself to overtraining are actually pretty high, especially if you spend more than 6 hours per week in a gym. Before starting working out, you must have a goal (or more!), and these goals must be worked on in a specific amount of time.
After all, your body will still need to rest and recover from the hard work. Or else, you will damage your overall health, and probably will take longer to reach your goals.
