Many people choose to consume soda instead of fruit juice or milk, which means they don’t consume enough calcium that can help their bones be (and remain!) strong.
Basically, your body doesn’t have enough calcium in its body because you choose soda over milk, so it is only processing caffeine and phosphoric acid of the soda. The result can be bad because your bone mass will decrease while your chances for bone fracture increases.
According to studies, children and adults who don’t drink Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Sprite, or any of these soft drinks have stronger bones are less likely to develop osteoporosis in their life.
