We can easily assume we’re hungry while we’re actually thirsty, and it’s normal. So if you don’t drink enough water during your workouts and get hungry afterward, you might simply need some fluids. You should always consider having some water right after exercising to make sure you’re not confusing hunger with thirst. And if you’re still craving food, then go ahead and have a healthy snack.
