Unfortunately, most of the people suffer from this issue. Falling asleep seems to get even harder and harder and that’s because of many bad habits people tend to do before sleeping, including checking their phones and even using their computers.

So, in case you have one of these habits, then, you’d better stop now, otherwise, you would never be able to have a good night sleep. this is because of the light from the screens! To end this problem, you should avoid consuming excessive caffeine, coffee drinks, soda, black tea, and even chocolate at least 6 hours before bedtime.

Also, don’t hesitate to stay active and exercise regularly early in the mornings or afternoons. Exercising shall improve your blood circulation and help you sleep faster at night.
