One of the best ways to balance estrogen and progesterone during the menstrual cycle is by trying seed cycling. Here is how:

– 1 – 14 days: During the follicular phase, you should consume 1 tbsp of raw freshly ground flax seeds, take 2000 mg of fish oil daily, and eat 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds (or hemp/chia seeds)

– 15 – 28 days: During the luteal phase, you should consume 1 tablespoon of raw freshly ground sunflower, take 2000 mg of evening primrose oil every day, and one tablespoon of sesame seeds.
