The heart is obviously one of the most important organs that keep us alive, and it is no wonder that we are always worrying about it constantly, so any physical pain around the chest area makes us freak out.

But the whole thing is that chest pain is nothing but intercostals neuralgia, and most healthy people feel it when they are being very active or when they make a sudden move. Also, anxiety and panic attacks could also cause chest pain. Most of these symptoms disappear quickly so there is nothing to worry about.

If you have never had any problem with your blood pressure or heart, then you are fine, but if the pain became severe to the point you can’t breathe, then you have to consult a doctor ASAP.

Experiencing pain in the calves mostly happens to people with varicosity, but it is not the usual symptom and definitely not the only one; the skin changes and veins become prominent.

Healthy people experience pain in their calves and swelling when they had a long day of excessive physical activity, standing for a long time, uncomfortable shoe, clothes, or positions. The time you should visit a doctor is when the pain doesn’t go away for weeks or months.
